MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – At least two people are said to have wounded in a roadside bomb explosion that occurred in the Somali capital, Mogadishu on Saturday night.
Witnesses said they saw two people sustaining injuries being evacuated from the area where the bomb went off.
Local officials informed journalists that there were no deaths caused by the blast which could be heard in many parts of the city.
The explosion took place in Sayidka junction which is mostly used by government officials. The area is close to the Presidential Palace and the headquarters of the Somali parliament.
