MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Puntland opposition condemned a recent gunfight between their supporters and members of the regional security forces escorting a Youtuber in Garowe town, Caasimada Online news website reported on Saturday.
They accused regional President Saeed Abdullahi Deni of stoking violence in the town, adding that he will be held responsible for the incident.
The gunfight led to the death of at least one person and injured several others. A mortar shell also reportedly targeted regional presidential complex in the town.
