MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s former deputy Prime Minister Ismail Hurre Buba passed away in Turkey on Wednesday, years after retiring from politics, state media reported.
Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud sent condolences to his family and friends over the death of Buba.
Buba served as deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Minister of Education in the governments of Somali presidents Abdulkasim Salad Hassan and Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed.
