MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Sunday met his Eritrean counterpart Isaias Afwerki on the sidelines of Saudi-Africa summit to discuss key bilateral issues, his office said.
“President of the FRS (Federal Republic of Somalia) H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud met the President of Eritrea Isaias Afwerki in Riyadh, discussing the historic relations between Somalia and Eritrea,” Somali President’s media office tweeted.
“They agreed on cooperatively overcoming challenges facing the two countries.”
