MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s cabinet on Thursday discussed in their weekly meeting growing police violence against auto rickshaw drivers in the capital Mogadishu.

It came after protests held by tuktuk drivers in Mogadishu in which they demanded justice for dozens of youths killed by security forces over the past months.

A cabinet committee appointed by Somali Prime Minister has proposed 18-point recommendation guiding efforts to end growing killings of drivers by police in the conflict-torn capital.
