MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre returned from a trip to Saudi Arabia on Saturday as MPs prepare a motion of no-confidence to oust him over incompetence and disputes between federal and regional authorities.

Barre was welcomed at the airport by members of the two chambers of parliament, government ministers and other officials.

The Premier promised that his government will do more to fight militants and achieve the country’s arrears clearance goals.
