MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Monday said his fight against corruption will not only bring to justice state employees accused of theft of publics funds but will also ensure the trial of top government officials.
Speaking in Dhusamareb, Mohamud said those diverting public funds are “thieves” and do not deserve sympathy from their clans, warning against attempts to defend them from arrest.
